Organization of surf lessons for adults and teenagers in Biscarrosse Plage
You are asked to go to the chosen structure for your course:
North beach or Vivier beach, 15 to 20 minutes arrive in advance so you can put on your full wetsuit or shorty and get the surfboard carefully chosen by your instructor.
The instructor then takes you with him to the beach for a warm-up and a short theoretical lesson regarding today's weather conditions.
Please note that for your first lesson, the time spent on the sand will necessarily be longer so that the instructor can explain everything to you. basics and safety rules regarding the practice of surfing.

However, your first intermediate or advanced lesson at Gang Surf will be a beginner's lesson so that the instructor can assess your level and place you in the most suitable group so that you can progress and enjoy it to the fullest.
Our 1.5-hour group classes - limited to a maximum of 8 people - are suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced, starting from the age of 9.
Prices decrease with volume
