Organisation of the course
You are asked to come to the chosen location for your lesson:
La Nord or Le Vivier, 15 to 20 minutes in advance so that you can put on the wetsuit and bring the surfboard carefully chosen by your instructor.
The instructor then takes you to the beach for a warm-up and a short theory lesson on the day's weather conditions.
Please note that for your first lesson, the time spent on the sand will inevitably be longer so that the instructor can explain all the basics and safety rules concerning surfing.

However, your first lesson, whether you are an intermediate or an advanced surfer, will be a beginner's lesson so that the instructor can assess your level and place you in the most appropriate group to help you progress and get the most out of your lesson.
Our 1h30 group lessons -with a maximum of 8 people- are adapted to all levels from beginner to advanced from the age of 9.
